About Wellness With Diabetes
At Wellness with Diabetes, managing diabetes is approached in a way that feels clear, supported, and sustainable, not overwhelming.
Annette provides practical, evidence-based guidance for people living with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes, helping you feel more confident in your day-to-day management. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or navigating long-term care, Annette's approach is focused on creating realistic strategies that fit into your life.
This is not about perfection or rigid rules. It’s about understanding your body, building consistency, and making informed choices that support stable blood sugar, steady energy, and long-term health.
Care is grounded in clinical experience and delivered with a compassionate, whole-person approach. As the practice continues to evolve, support is expanding to include more integrative, lifestyle-based care, helping clients look beyond the numbers and toward overall wellbeing.
You’re not expected to figure this out on your own. This is a space for guidance, clarity, and ongoing support as you learn to live well with diabetes.
